These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Nanosoft recruitment platform as a candidate (including registration, profile completion, applications, questionnaires, and related communications). By using the platform in that capacity, you agree to these Terms and the matching Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration and profile details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Unauthorized account sharing, impersonation, or access attempts are prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful job-seeking and application activities.
• Do not upload malicious, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape restricted data, or disrupt services.

3. Candidate Submissions

• You confirm that submitted application information is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You confirm you have rights to uploaded materials and grant processing for recruitment purposes.
• You consent to evaluation, scoring, and internal sharing with the hiring organization as needed to run the recruitment process.

4. Automated and Assisted Decisions

The service may include automated scoring or ranking aids. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and understanding that automated suggestions can be imperfect.

5. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, and may update features or security controls.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Nanosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risks.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms are subject to the courts of Kenya.
